Due to less sleep the body’s sensitivity to insulin decreases and impacts on control of blood sugar, which increases the risk of diabetes. Recently completed a study has warned people in this regard. Inadequate sleep, obesity, metabolic syndrome, mood disorders, cognitive disorders and accidents relations have been told in this study. Professor of Colorado Boulder University of America and chief writer of the study Kenneth Wright Jr.
said that when people sleep inadequate then its body clock says they should sleep and When he eat something in the morning, so it does affects the ability to control their blood sugar .
Wright and Robert co-author of the study, chosen 16 healthy men and women’s for this study. The result of study has published in ‘Current Biology’ journal.
